Yaare Koogadali is an upcoming Kannada Romance film written and directed by Samuthirakani, starring Puneeth Rajkumar, Yogesh and Bhavana in the lead roles. Parvathamma Rajkumar and Raghavendra Rajkumar are producing this venture under Poornima Enterprises. The film is a remake of Samuthirakani's Tamil movie Poraali (2011) which was a commercial success at the box-office starring M. Sasikumar.

Yaare Koogadali went on to the sets officially on June 13, 2012 at the residence of Puneeth Rajkumar. Veteran actor V. Ravichandran made the first clap for a scene. Initially, actress Sameera Reddy was considered for the lead role, and she signed it too. But later she was replaced by Bhavana. The film title is inspired from a chartbuster song "Yaare Koogadali Oore Horadali" from the film Sampathige Savaal which featured Rajkumar in the lead role.
